Appreciated our trip in this nice and absolutely great hotel. The room was reasonably large and cozy and it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets, that's cool. The staff was affable and welcoming in managing every request. The food they offered was good, had a lot of meals.

amazingly comfortable room, great breakfasts. a huge variety of facilities like: central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel tv.

The massage room was a bit chilly, but the therapist provided extra blankets and hot tea to keep me comfortable. After a moment of adjustment, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nestled above a picturesque hacienda with a lake, offering paddle boats and walks. There is also a restaurant available, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with extra blankets and thick curtains that make it cozy. the staff were lovely and the breakfast buffet was great.

The service is very slow, and it's hard to get a response from the personnel, even with several calls.
